5. Rogers Arena (Vancouver): Wasn't destroyed in the riot, but the fact that they have fans that destroy things when they lose puts them on this list
4. Bell Centre (Montreal): Not as legendary as the forum, but JESUS it is loud in there! Montreal is crazy about hockey.
3. Wells Fargo Center (Flyers): This place is insane, just crazy. Do not wear the opposing team jersey here, it os not even safe.
2. Verizon Center (Washington): When Ovi scores, the place just goes absolutely nuts. From the smoke that shoots out to the awesome goal horn/siren, this place is crazy.
1. United Center (Chicago): We are talking insane. It's called the Madhouse on Madison for a reason. One listen to the anthem will turn you into a believer. In the finals it was measured to be 122 decibals, about twice as loud as any other arena (because sound doubles every decibal or so). Just unreal.
Never been to the Lou, but i heard its insane definitely number 6 in the NHL.
